When we receive your payment, we mail you your purchase via Post Danmark or a carrier service.
Should you expect more than 8 days delivery, we will inform you of the delivery time.

Delivery in Denmark is free, if your order exceeds DKK 750. If your order is less than that, you cover a postage fee of DKK 65 yourself, and we cover the rest.

Your order will be sent via Post Danmark or other carrier service, and it will be delivered to your door, as long as Post Danmarks parcel post makes deliveries in your area.

Remember: You also have the choice of having your order delivered to your work address.

Your order will be dispatched ASAP and, at the latest, within 3-5 work days – unless you have requested at later delivery date, or we do not have your order in stock. Should the delivery, contrary to expectation, be delayed, we will contact you.

Kastrup Design ApS cannot be held responsible for delays with the carrier service, for weather conditions, or imperfect delivery from a third party, and other outside influences.

At the moment, we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and on holidays.

Shipping fees:
– Orders (within Denmark) under DKK 600 have a shipping fee of DKK 49 (PostDanmark) or DKK 39 (GLS).
– Orders (within Denmark)  above DKK 600 have no shipping fee.
– Orders with overseas shipping will vary in shipping fee – please contact us for more information.
